Job Description
* Install, examine, replace or repair electrical panels of machines and able to repair dough deviders,proofers, ovens, Packing machines. Burners,switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures,packaging machines and other electrical components .
* Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance
* Maintain, repair, install Bakery machines, panel boards,test switchgears, transformers, switchboard , regulators and reactors
* Knowledge to Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors,pumps,cold rooms,HVAC, generators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems is essentials.
* Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems and devices
* Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety .
* Work in compliance with ISO 9000.
* Able to Operate and Program PLC’s
* Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
* Communicate with operators from other shifts.
* Maintain and secure work tools.
* Clean and maintain work area.
* In critical condition he should help production department.
* 2 YEARS electrical trade certificate with 4 or 5 years experience from any automatic bakeries or botling plants or automatic biscuit plants or spinning plants.
