Job Descriptions/ Requirements:

Male
22-35 years old
Bachelor Degree (College/University Graduate)
At least 2 years experience

Handle effectively on the phone difficult customers by providing guidance, alternatives, empowerment and solutions

Innovate, improve current processes and looks into problem areas ensuring that follow up is done for all pending incidents

Maintain a line of communication between agents and Force247 team to ensure that all his team is aware of current / new products, policy, procedures, branches or service updates.

Maintain discipline by ensuring that breaks are adhered and attendance as well.

Provide feedback to Force247 manager on problem incidence including immediate alerting in case of serious issues.

Build image in the community as an active positive contributor.

Create operating processes with the appropriate measures and monitors to ensure continuous improvements.

Manage day-to-day planning and operations.

Insure consistency in policies and procedures

Ensure that all members of his team adhere to customer satisfaction standards and service level agreements.

Analyzes, summarizes and / or reviews data; reports findings, interprets results and / or makes recommendations.

Supervises subordinate personnel including: schedule, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.

Maintain confidentiality

Motivates others by leading and influencing in a team environment

Conducts weekly and monthly meetings to communicate individual goals and team objectives

Manages the implementation of technical and process improvement strategies to maximize performance

Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
