Job Description and Requirements
Job Summary:
* Analyzes jobs, writes job description, compiles/collects performance appraisal forms from Supervisors and Managers, analyzes performance appraisal trends, gathers important facts and data related to employee skills, and convert all these information into a data base for HR-related references.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Plans, organizes, and performs job analysis throughout the year in coordination with Supervisors and Managers
* Writes and catalogues the job description of every position in the Company
* Reviews and monitors job description and coordinates with the concerned Supervisor/Manager as required
* Analyzes trends and changes in job content and design and makes the necessary recommendations or updates if necessary
* Collects and encodes performance appraisal results, and creates a performance appraisal database for future reference
* Analyzes performance appraisal results and trends, as required by the HR Coordinator
* Writes, edits, and revises job description as required
* Compiles and collects information on employee skills and create a skills database
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the HR Coordinator
* Supports Company and Department policies and programs
* Observes and obeys Company rules and regulations
* Participates in Company activities when required
* Continuously looks after his professional development
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years progressive experience in the HR field, preferably from engineering, construction, or off-shore mining companies.
* Graduate of BS/AB Psychology from a reputable university
* HR Certificate is desirable but not required
* Hands on knowledge in conducting job analysis, writing of job descriptions
* With background in the use of SAP HR, Peoplesoft, or other HR software
* Hands on knowledge in conducting performance appraisal
* Highly computer literate
* Good presentation skills
* With good understanding of internal organizational dynamics
* Highly conversant in the English language and can write technical reports if required
* Good planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
* At least 25 years old, but not more than 30 years old
* Male
* Highly organized and with keen eye for details
* Can work in a multi-cultural set-up
* Willing to travel to different project sites within Libya, if required
* Willing to work overtime if required
* Can work in a fast-paced environment and with high tolerance on stress
