:. Must have self confidence, common sense, loyalty,
and ability to deal with difference cases in a good manner and effective way.
:. Perform administrative and secretarial duties with wide latitude
for exercising discretion and judgment.
:. Ability to prepare letters, different reports, minutes of meetings, etc.
